“Go Warriors” Pitso Mosimane Congratulates Zimbabwe

Former Sundowns coach, Pitso Mosimane, has taken to Twitter to congratulate Zimbabwe Warriors for qualifying for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals to be played in Cameroon next year.

Pitso Mosimane who now leads Egyptian and African giants, Al Alhy, tweeted the following message that was accompanied with a clapping emoji:

Congratulations #GoWarriors @online_zifa

Zimbabwe qualified for the prestigious tournament after finishing as Group F’s runners-up with 8 points, 3 behind log leaders, the Desert Foxes of Algeria.

The Warriors beat the Zebras of Botswana 1-0 in the last but one match played in Francistown before losing the last one to Chipolopolo of Zambia at the National Sports Stadium.

Meanwhile, South Africa’s Bafana Bafana bowed out of the tournament following their 2-0 loss to Sudan this week.
