Logarusic Loses 5th Game, Out Of 7 As Warriors Coach

Zdravko Logarusic has lost his fifth game as Warriors manager since he replaced Joey Antipas on Wednesday, 29 January 2020.

The Warriors were beaten 2-0 by Chipolopolo of Zambia in their final 2021 Group H Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier played at the National Sports Stadium on Monday night.

Logarusic decided to give his fringe players games time in the dead rubber match but they were second-best to their fired-up opponents.

Patson Daka scored a brace in the 20th and 90th minutes to also see Zambia avenge the 2-1 first-leg loss at home in Lusaka on November 19, 2019.

The Croat has now lost 5 of the 7 matches he has been in charge of the Warriors. He has a single win and a draw.
