Defaulting Customers To Be Disconnected On 23 March - ZESA

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC), a ZESA subsidiary, has advised that defaulting customers will with effect from 23 March be disconnected from power. We present below the ZETDC notice.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to advise its valued customers in Harare Region that the power utility will be implementing its credit control measures and will disconnect electricity to defaulting customers with effect from Tuesday 23 March 2021. Clients are therefor3 advised to settle their bills to avoid being disconnected. Clients can make use of the following platforms to pay their bills:-

  1. Visit ZETDC Wynne Street banking hall to make payment
  2. Log on to our self service portal https://selfservice.zetdc.co.zw/ and pay your bills online using Ecocash
  3. Pay online to your district’s bank account
