FULL TEXT: ZESA Apologises For Power Outages

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC), a ZESA subsidiary has apologised for power outages in some parts of Harare. We present below the power utility’s statement.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to apologise to its valued customers in Harare Region for the power outage due to underground cable faults on the feeders supplying them.

Areas affected are:-New Ardbennie industrial bound by Simon Mazorodzc road, Willowvale road. Harare Drive, Mangwende East road, and Orme road.

ZETDC engineers and technicians are working to rectify the fault and restoration of service is expected by the end of the day on Tuesday 9th March 2021.

The inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
