Mohadi's Resignation Unexpected - Zanu PF
Zanu PF today during a post politburo meeting press conference reportedly told the party’s bigwigs that Vice President Kembo Mohadi’s resignation on Monday was unexpected. This was revealed by The NewsHawks in a post that said:
Zanu-PF spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo tells a Press conference that Kembo Mohadi, who resigned as vice-president this week amid a stunning sex scandal,retains his party post. Cde Modadi’s position in the party is not affected by his resignation from government. Moyo says Mohadi’s resignation was “unexpected but accepted”.
Mohadi resigned a few days after local publication ZimLive unearthed his relationships with his aide and other women some of them married. Zimbabweans on social media called for him to resign. Mohadi reportedly resigned last week but the government only announced his resignation on Monday.
