Ngarivhume To Collaborate With Chamisa In Calling For Reforms

Transform Zimbabwe leader Jacob Ngarivhume has said he will join forces with MDC Alliance President Nelson Chamisa in the following weeks to call for the much-needed reforms.

Ngarivhume who recently said he was not reviving his party because he felt Nelson Chamisa needed support said:

Had a conversation with Advocate Nelson Chamisa. I’m very excited about combining effort in the coming weeks to build a broad consensus to push the reforms agenda and double down on the anti corruption fight in this critical period, where accountability is absolutely imperative.

Ngarivhume was last year arrested and detained for over a month for calling for people to demonstrate against president Mnangagwa’s maladministration.

Meanwhile, a former US official Todd Moss has said Zimbabwe needs to up its game when it comes to implementing the much-needed reforms. Moss said PR firms, lobbyists, and false fronted oppositions were counterproductive and such acts will probably make the international community shut doors on Zimbabwe.
