Former ZANU PF member of Parliament for Chitungwiza South, <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Christopher_Chigumba_Snr">Christopher Chigumba</a>, has succumbed to COVID-19.
His death was confirmed by a family member Tafadzwa Shito who said Chigumba died at a local hospital where he had been admitted.
Mourners are gathered in Tynwald, Harare.
Chigumba was father to Mac Christopher Chigumba (Jnr), a top businessman who was married to the chairperson of the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC), <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Priscilla_Chigumba">Priscilla Chigumba</a>.
