Mozambique Pleads For Zimbabwe's Military Rescue - Report

The NewsHawks has exclusively revealed that Mozambique is pleading for Zimbabwe’s Military rescue as the insurgency in the Southern African nation remains undefeated.

According to the publication:

Mozambique pleads for Zim military rescue PRESSURE is mounting on President Mnangagwa to deploy the Zimbabwean army into conflict-wrecked Mozambique as part of a regional security force to stymie an intensifying advance by Islamist militants.

Last month SADC Troika held a summit in Mozambique to try and find a lasting solution to the insurgency that started sometime in 2019. The government has not yet formally responded to these reports so far. We will update this article if formal communication from the government emerges.
