ZANU PF Bigwig Succumbs To COVID-19
ZANU PF UK/EU District chairman Masimba Tawengwa has died of COVID-19.
Tawengwa (48), died at Arundel Hospital in Harare around 4 pm on Thursday.
He tested positive for COVID-19 in Marondera today and suffered from shortness of breath, and was then taken to Harare for hospitalisation.
Nick Mangwana, the permanent secretary for Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, who worked with Tawengwa in the UK, said he died 10 minutes after being put on oxygen.
Tawengwa has been on a political internship in the Commissariat Department at the Zanu-PF headquarters, Mangwana further revealed.

The now-deceased attended yesterday’s 114th Central Committee meeting but left the meeting because of sickness.
He went for testing at a Harare facility and his condition deteriorated while in Marondera and got tested again.
