This morning President Emmerson Mnangagwa held his fifth tour of the New Parliament Building which is a major infrastructure work that will see the construction of a new city in Mount Hampden. The Ministry of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services reports that Covid-19 scaled-down progress at the project which is now at 59% completion. The secretary for Information, Nick Mangwana tweeted saying some of the Chinese engineers and technicians working on the project got stuck outside the country because of Covid-19 but arrangements are being made for them to come.
