Acting NetOne CEO Quits

Acting Netone Chief Executive Officer Chipo Jaisson reportedly stepped down from leading one of the country’s Mobile Network Operators, Newsday reports.

In a memo that was seen by the publication, Jaisson in her letter announcing her departure said she was stepping down due to family constraints:

I am stepping down due to family commitments. Thank you very much for the tremendous support you gave me during my nine months tenure.

The MNO has for the time being appointed Raphael Mushanawani, who was the acting chief technology officer acting Chief Executive Officer.

NetOne over the past 24 months, has been going back and forth with its former CEO Lazarus Muchenje who was the MNO’s CEO for a short time before he was fired, Muchenje was rehired later on only to be fired again.
