Students and residents were soaked by the rains this Tuesday at a bus terminus located between Lobengula Street and 3rd Avenue in Bulawayo when they were waiting for their turn to board the ZUPCO buses. This comes amid calls by some for the government to allow the return of privately owned commuter omnibuses (Kombis). Government is adamant that the kombis and private taxis won’t be allowed back on the road save for those that would have been contracted by ZUPCO. Watch the video below for more.
