AFCON: New Warriors Goalkeeper For Algeria Clash

Warriors coach Zdravic Loga Logarusic has replaced injured goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze by Petros Mhari of FC Platinum for the Monday Africa Cup of Nations qualifier match against the Desert Foxes of Algeria.

The match will be played at the National Sports Stadium.

Chipezeze suffered a knee injury in the first half of Zimbabwe’s 1-3 loss to Algeria and was replaced at half time by Talbert Shumba.

Chipezeze is scheduled for a knee scan today (Saturday).

Some say George Chigova should have been called to mind goals.
