ZIFA Announces Mighty Warriors Squad For COSAFA Games

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has announced the Mighty Warriors squad to travel to Port Elizabeth, South Africa for the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) games.

Goalkeepers: Cynthia Shonga (Harare City Queens), Lindiwe Magwede, (Herentals Queens), Precious Mudyiwa (Black Rhinos Queens)

Defenders: Nobukhosi Ncube (Correctional Queens), Sheila Makoto, (Blue Swallows Queens), Sharon Teterai (Black Rhinos Queens), Moreblessing Bwende (Harare City Queens), Talent Mukwanda (Herentals Queens)

Midfielders: Danai Bhobho (Harare City Queens), Emmaculate Msipa, Mavis Chirandu (Black Rhinos Queens), Faith Chezhara (Harare City Queens), Egness Tumbare (Harare City Queens), Shamiso Mutasa (Herentals Queens), Talent Bizeki (Maningi)

Strikers: Shyline Dambamuromo (Faith Drive Queens), Rutendo Makore (Black Rhinos Queens), Dinah Banda (Queen Lozikeyi Academy).

The 2020 COSAFA Women’s Championship in Nelson Mandela Bay starts on Tuesday and will be followed shortly afterwards by the 2020 COSAFA Women’s Under-17 Championship on Wednesday.
