Fast-food outlet, Eat ‘n’ Lick, says it has embarked on a rebranding exercise to keep abreast with international standards and also to give its customers friendly outlets that make it easy to eat from.
Speaking during the official commissioning of the Kwekwe branch recently, managing director, Tsitsi Musabayana, said the brand upgrade was in response to customers’ comments and feedback. She said:
We are doing a brand upgrade where we are giving the brand a fresh look. We want to make our customers happy by giving them more friendly outlets that make it easy to eat from.
We value our customers’ comments and feedback. The new ambience is in response to the customers’ needs.
Musabayana said the introduction of a tapper machine is not only about moving with the times but will also play a part in minimising the spread of the novel coronavirus as it reduces interaction and contact between customers and employees as per social distancing guidelines.
Eat ‘n’ Lick has 13 branches across the country and these include Harare, Mutare, Kwekwe, Kadoma, Chinhoyi, Rusape and Karoi.
