PICTURES: Small Freak Accident At Newlands Shops Floods The Streets With Water

A small freak accident occurred at Newlands shops this morning when a truck carrying a water tank hit the curb. The accident resulted in the water tank being thrown out of the truck and flooding the roads at the complex with water as seen in the following photos.
