WATCH: Kurauone’s Case Postponed To 24 September

In the following video published by TellZim, Godfrey Kurauone’s lawyer Martin Mureri details what happened in court today and said:

  1. The state had applied for postponement of the trial
  2. The state also said they were yet to seek authority from the Prosecutor General (PG) and they said they wanted 30 days to get the PG’s authority.
  3. The magistrate granted the state’s application and gave them 30 days to put their house in order.

 

Kuraone was arrested and charged for the 31 July protests.
