Popular charismatic preacher Sheperd Bushiri’s trial has officially kicked off at a Johannesburg Court and unfortunately, the media is not allowed inside the court because of COVID-19 restrictions, SABC reports.
The state reportedly requested that the matter be postponed because their witnesses are not available because of COVID-19.
Bushiri and his wife Mary were arrested on money laundering and fraud charges earlier this year and they were released on R100 000 bail each.
