Bonne's Late Score Put Charlton Athletic Above Relegation

Zimbabwean striker Macauley Bonne scored deep into injury time to put his relegation-threatened Charlton Athletic side three points off relegation with one game to go in the Skybet Championship on Saturday.

The Addicks were looking done for against Wigan, 2-1 down before the 24-year-old Warriors striker netted his 11th of the season in the 92nd minute.

The score takes him to level with Lyle Taylor who has not played for the London side since the resumption of football after the Covid-19 pandemic-induced pause.
