LISTEN: COVID-19 Jingle By Various Artists Including Albert Nyathi, Madzibaba and Zhakata

Albert Nyathi, Sulumani Chimbetu, Sandra Ndebele, Leonard Zhakata, Nicholas Zarakaria, mechanic Manyeruke Simon Mutambi and Norman Tapambwa have collaborated in the following COVID-19 jingle.

The song was produced by Murefu organisation and one of the organisation’s directors Jimayi Muduuri said:

Music is the fastest and most effective way of sending a message. Yes, health practitioners are doing their best to contain the spread of the pandemic but we as society should also play our part.

We have engaged a lot of musicians to sing about Covid-19 and I am happy the first batch of musicians has completed its job well. We are now moving to another batch as a way of helping our community during this difficult time with necessary information.
