Mnangagwa, Khupe Console Chamisa
President Emmerson Mnangagwa and MDC-T acting president Thokozani Khupe have sent their condolences, separately, to the family of MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa following the death of his mother, Gogo Chamisa.
Chamisa’s mother passed away suddenly at her rural home in Gutu on Monday.
Posting on his official Twitter page, President Mnangagwa said he was saddened by the passing on of Ambuya Chamisa. He said:
I was sad to hear of the passing of Ambuya Chamisa, the mother of Nelson Chamisa. Our thoughts and prayers are with @nelsonchamisa and the Chamisa family at this difficult time.
Khupe also expressed her condolences to the Chamisa family. She posted on Twitter:
