The tourism sector particularly Safaris and National Parks are set to open their doors to locals-only after 3 months of redundancy due to COVID-19 lockdown, ZBC News report, This was revealed in a post-cabinet briefing when the minister of Information Monica Mutsvangwa said:

In the tourism and hospitality sector, requests for variations of operating conditions in respect of restaurant operators, and to reopen safari operators for local hunting only and national parks were granted.
