More Local Coronavirus Cases Recorded In Zimbabwe As Cases Continue To Rise
Zimbabwe’s officially confirmed coronavirus cases have risen to 605 after 14 more people including 13 locals and 1 returnee from South Africa.
In a statement issued on the 1st of July 2020, the Ministry of Health and Child Care stated that two of the local cases are contacts to known confirmed cases.
The Ministry added that investigations are underway to establish the source of infection for the other eleven cases.
Meanwhile, three more people recovered from the virus bringing the total number of recoveries to 166.
