The ruling party will hold an ordinary politburo meeting today, The Herald reports. The party will discuss a number of issues chief among them how the government responded to the COVID-19 pandemic gripping the whole world right now.
The meeting was confirmed in a statement by Patrick Chinamasa who said;
The Secretary for Administration, Cde Dr OM Mpofu wishes to advise all members that there shall be a Politburo meeting to be held on Wednesday 10 June, 2020 at the party headquarters commencing 1000hrs. All members are expected to be seated by 0945hours.
The ruling party will also discuss the state of the party after the country sustained diplomatic onslaught from some countries according to the publication.
