Exiled politician Jonathan Moyo has said Minister Of State Security Owen Mudha Ncube is responsible for the abduction and torture of MDC activists. Moyo was writing on Twitter when he said:
This is the dirty work of Owen Mudha Ncube, Mnangagwa’s longtime hitman and now his CIO minister. Information Secretary Nick Mangwanaclaims Mudha’s abduction and violence against Joana Mamombe and two MDC-A youth activists are fake. What? Fake violence? No such thing!
Moyo went on to say President Mnangagwa, and Owen Ncube must be held accountable by the international law:
The time has come for Owen Mudha Ncube and his embattled boss Emmerson Mnangagwa to be held accountable under international law for sanctioning the use of torture and rape as political weapons!
Moyo was referring to the abduction of 3 MDC activists who were abducted during a protest in Warren park on Wednesday and were found in Bindura badly beaten and tortured.

What is the real use in abducting these children?…If the Government in Zimbabwe is doing that is very stupid..l believe to abduct some the good mission is to kill him/her off the society..To just take him/her for few hour let it go is foolishness..kill it once if you see that is disturbing you on way…
