South Africa Expresses Interest In Partnering Madagascar In Researching On COVID-19 Herbal Remedy

South Africa’s Minister of Health, has this Wednesday confirmed that his country is willing to work with Madagascar to conduct scientific research on a herbal drink to cure coronavirus.

The research is already underway and authorities in Madagascar, including that country’s president Andry Rajoelina, believe that the herbal drink can go a long way in curbing the deadly virus.

Madagascar has since reopened schools which had been temporarily closed due to the spread of the virus and reports suggest that each student was compelled to take the bitter drink before entering into school.

Although the drink has not yet been scientifically proven, authorities in Madagascar are of the conviction that it protects those who take it from the coronavirus.

Meanwhile, scientists, globally, are occupied with finding a vaccine to cure the virus which emerged in China at the end of 2019.
