Tommy Sithole & Tyrone Seward Appointed Global Esports Federation (GEF) Commissioners

Sports administrators Tommy Sithole and Tyrone Seward have respectively been appointed Chairman and Vice-chairman of the Global Sports Federation, The Chronicle reports. The 2 who are part of the GEF 8 member commission were appointed concurrently with the new GEF CEO.

According to the publication:

Sithole, the Zimpapers board chairperson, will chair the federation’s Governance and Ethics Commission while Seward, husband to Youth, Sport, Arts and Recreation Minister Kirsty Coventry, will deputise Chester King in the Education, Culture and Wellness Commission.

The GEF stage esports competitions and conventions and develop governance structures and guidelines for esports.
