The Ministry of Health and Child Care has removed a coronavirus patient who was yesterday recorded under Manicaland and has moved him to Harare register.
This means that Manicaland has zero confirmed coronavirus cases while Harare cases rise to 10 as indicated below.
- Harare – 10
- Bulawayo – 10
- Matebeleland North – 1
- Mashonaland East – 4
- Manicaland – 0
The development was announced by the Ministry in its update issued on Sunday. In a statement, the Ministry said:
One case reported yesterday under Manicaland is a returning resident from UK with a Mutare address but currently in mandatory isolation in Harare and has not been to Mutare since return from the UK. He has therefore been reported in this table under Harare.
Zimbabwe has 25 officially confirmed cases of coronavirus including three deaths and two recoveries.
