So they calling to end the lockdown so it’s not hunger that’s going to kill them it’s going to be Covid19 well people you do have a choice if borrowing and paying back after things are back to normal
It will be hunger, economic collapse, the destruction of industry and business. In other words the cure will be worse then the illness.
Borrowing from who? The ordinary Zimbabwean survives hand to mouth. 80% of the population survives on less than a dollar a day. Instead of imitating what developed countries implemented to protect their citizen the gvt should have ensured sufficient food stocks were in place and set up mobile shops.
With insured and secured finance houses closed – who can lend anyone who can potentially die from Covid 19, assuming they don’t di, with the uncertainty of the lockdown duration, what date do they propose to pay you back & if they fail to pay back at all or on time what recourse do you have to get your money back being an unregistered money lender lol – remember everyone is at risk!!!
People noone will die from hunger as long as you have mealie meal and vegetables you safe….You want to go out and get covid 19 and end up killing the whole family coz of your stubbornness to just cooperate to this lockdown…The lockdown is protecting all of us..If you wanna die then die alone

That’s what i said if you want to die then die alone….I never stopped from going out to work for your family…And i really understand the current situation in our country is not permitting us to stay home and sit back but there is covid out there…Just image covid is able to kill people who can actually afford to get special treatment what about us…Most of the people in Zimbabwe can’ t afford even to buy paracetamol tablets…So i was just saying prevention is better than cure

Zim cannot have a situation whereby the population starves to death to cure Covid 19. We should imitate Sweden, Belarus, and Holland who have taken a different approach. Africa will destroy itself totally if we follow the western recipe.
