The pictures were captioned with these words:

Residents in Highfields Machipisa appear to be violating the LockDown directive as they queue to buy basic commodities. The party recommends them to observe social distancing. Relevant shops must enforce this directive forthwith.
The cure is worse then the disease. It might be time to think about herd immunity because I cannot see these western solutions working in Africa
