Council workers utilising part of the donation donated by Fossil Group sprayed the CBD and moved to other high-density residential areas and then went to popular crowds joints like Mbare where they spayed Mbare hostels. Highfields flats will also be fumigated as the council try to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus that has killed over 36 000 people worldwide.
