FULL THREAD: “With The Frequent Power Outages Zimbabweans Are More Exposed To Coronavirus,” – Anatomist

Denver Ncube an Anatomist and a PhD Neuroscience candidate at the University of Oregon Institute of Neuroscience has said that individuals resident in Zimbabwe are more exposed to the novel coronavirus due to increased environmental exposures in the country. We post Ncube’s full Twitter thread below.

Environmental exposures that can exacerbate COVID-19 effects include pollution. With the frequent power outages and people resorting to using firewood and generators daily are our people safe? Has anyone cared to check on general lung health? Can our people afford to get checked?

We are truly alone, leaderless, abandoned by those who daily squeeze the life out of us. There is no proposition that makes such a callous, perfidious, insensitive, psychopathic and cruel bunch of individuals fit for purpose. We can’t change their hearts, they have to go.
