Zimbabwean Workers Tell Chinese Boss To Self-quarantine

Workers at Lifetouch Investment, a cement manufacturing company in Kwekwe reportedly staged a strike at the company’s premises in protest over the surprise return of the company’s Chinese director and his four associates from China.

An unnamed company employee who spoke to NewZimbabwe.com said Don Wang had been on holiday in China since the period preceding the new year and recently sneaked into Zimbabwe without going through screening for coronavirus. The worker is quoted as saying:

We refused to come within close contact with them after they came back from China last week.

We just woke up to find them loitering at the company premises and shouting instructions and everyone asked how did they come back in the first place.

So, we decided to tell them to get quarantined first before they could come to work in case they had the virus and they spread it to us.
