Norway?! What was he looking for there. Norway closed its embassy here in Harare 2 years ago because of all the corruption. So what has he gone there for? A skiing trip? He will find Norway has one of the highest taxes for booze – so his Blue Label will cost him at least USD$40 a tot. But then again he has the keys to the safe where all the forex is kept.
