Norton legislator (independent) Temba Mliswa has said that it has been proved that businessman, Billy Rautenbach does not have title deeds for the Aspindale area where he was reportedly using police to evict residents.Posting on Twitter, Mliswa said:
My most sincerest gratitude to @ for making the time to meet with the Aspindale 48&49 residents to listen to the people. It was an excellent meeting where the residents clearly articulated their concerns about the police being used to evict them.
As a man of action he immediately checked with CG Matanga & asked him to produce court orders. If people have built their house upon Govt authority then surely Govt can’t be the ones to chase them off.
It was further proven Billy Rautenbach doesn’t have title deeds, they belong to Rothmans International which subsequently donated them to the State. Rtd Col. Matonhodze was exposed.
The Breckridge employees were further given the opportunity to see ED regarding the racism allegations. ED has assured he’ll look into the matter & said we cannot allow racism to happen in this country as that’s the reason we went to the struggle to gain the peace we enjoy.
Having a legal background, he’s thorough in what he does. I thank God for giving me the network channels I have to enable me to assist people, underprivileged or oppressed in one way or another. I don’t take this privilege of Him opening doors for me lightly.
