EcoCash, a local mobile money platform, has advised its customers on how to have failed or erroneous transactions reversed.
The move comes as Econet shops are increasingly becoming swamped by hordes of customers seeking to have failed transactions reversed. Below is a statement from EcoCash:

4. Visit any Econet Shop
5. Visit the numerous EcoCash Mini Service centres located nationwide.
