Popular Harare wholesaler Mahomed Mussa and Miekles were cited as some of the donors who allegedly funded the 2013 harmonised elections that put an end to the GNU and ushered former president Mugabe into office again.
Parts of the memo that details the alleged payments to Israeli company Nikuv reads:
State Of Election Funds VS Budgetary Requirements
Vehicles- 500 trucks donated so far by Meikles and CPC.
Other local Donations: Mahomed Mussa USD 2m, Van Hoog USD 3m.
The memo goes on to say Nikuv International was going to be paid US$ 3 Billion to secure 50% of possible adult vote. other notable businesses listed on the list included Mbada diamonds and Sino Zim and Anjin.
