USA economist, professor Steve Hanke has claimed that China is not taking precautionary measures to prevent the continued spread of the coronavirus.
He added that a person who enters the quarantine hospitals without the virus “will definitely” come out infected.
Reports suggest that in Wuhan, forced isolation has become a “martial law” with coronavirus suspects being forced to go to the quarantine centre where there “are no medicines, no doctors, no water, no toilets, and nothing.”
