A Lupane State University Guard On The Run After He Stole 53 Solar Panels From The University

A former security officer at Lupane State University is on the run after he stole 53 solar panels from the university and resigned from his position after committing the offence, The Chronicle reports.

According to the publication:

Khumbulani Sibanda, whose age was not given, is reported to have stolen the gadgets a week after he resigned from his work at LSU.

It has also been established that 23 panels have been discovered at his house while 30 remain outstanding.

Khumbulani reportedly fled to South Africa after he committed the crime.
