Zimbabwean international footballer Knowledge Musona was injured in his second appearance for new club KAS Eupen on Saturday.
Musona played for only 32 minutes in the team’s 1-0 win away to KVRS Waasland Beveren in the Belgian league before he was replaced by Jon Bautista. The club’s official website wrote on Sunday:
Coach Beñat San José was forced to change early because Knowledge Musona had to leave the pitch after 32 minutes due to injuries and was replaced by Jon Bautista.
Musona scored on his debut for KAS Eupen last week to secure a draw at home against Sporting Charleroi.
The “Smiling Assasin”, as he is called by his fans, is an R.S.C. Anderlecht player and was loaned to Eupen for the remainder of the 2019/20 season.
