FULL JUDGMENT: VP Chiwenga Loses Case To Marry

High Court judge, Justice Christopher Dube-Banda has this Friday ruled in the Marry v Chiwenga matter in which he ordered the former army boss to return children to his estranged wife, to allow Marry access to the couple’s properties including their Borrowdale home.
