Aston Villa Hold Brighton 1-1 Away From Home

Marvelous Nakamba’s Aston Villa fought back to earn a 1-1 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion in an English Premier League match played on Saturday afternoon.

Brighton took a first-half lead at the American Express Community Stadium through Leandro Trossard (38′).

Villa scored the equaliser through captain Jack Grealish in the 75th minute.

The point away from home will certainly boost the Villains’ fight to avoid dropping back to the Championship.

Both sides stay in their respective positions, with Brighton in 14th and Aston Villa in 18th.

Nakamba was shown a yellow card in the 81st minute, with coach Dean Smith withdrawing him for Conor Hourihane in the 86th minute.
