Nduna, all this has nothing to do with God, but everything to do with poor/or bad leadership and corruption in the country. The police always have the capacity to arrest criminals who hurt others, but why cant they do that?. Yet the government must ensure that all those who drive cars are well trained to drive those cars safely not to buy driving licences as we see in this country and that our roads are well maintained. Right now to tell you the truth and as you know it our President Munangagwa is nursing armed people with Machetes in our country thereby plunging the country into bloodbath and chaos deliberately. I am not opposition at all and I will never be one, but here we have a failing President right in front of our eyes. Munangagwa appealed to us the people to vote him, made promises and we voted him but now we live with people brandishing Machetes around us every everyday. Where on mother earth have you seen a government like that, surely where? People are frightened everyday and its chaos, where is he Munagagwa?
