The ruling party’s youth league has issued a stern warning to a cleric who warned the govt about an impending revolt if they don’t work towards solving the socio-economic crisis, the Daily News reports.
The warning was issued by the Zanu Pf youth league’s Pupurai Togarepi who said:
As the vanguard of the party, we would like to draw a line in the sand and warn naysayers and misguided prophets of doom to stop forthwith inciting the people of Zimbabwe, otherwise they will face the full wrath of the people’s party
Togarepiri was responding to ZCC Clesir Bishop Mtata who was quoted to have said the government by not listening to the cries of masses was creating an inevitable condition for a revolution.
