Teen Rescue Mission will hold a back to school event at the Honda Building this coming Saturday to raise awareness against crime, drugs and indiscipline in school, Financial Gazette reports.
This was revealed by TRM founder Founder Abraham Matuka who spoke to the publication and said:
The event is going to see teenagers engaging into activities like music, dance showcasing their talents and they are going to hear knowledge and wisdom from professional speakers speaking on issues that affect the young generation of today.
On the day we will have the young generation asking questions which affecting them and the event will be so open and with well trained speakers, making sure it transforms the young people.
The event is expected to draw teenagers living in the sunshine city. TRM has also identified vulnerable children who can’t afford to pay school fees and will assist them according to the publication.
