"Diagrams In EXCELGATE Show How ZEC Created An Illegal Route To Transmit Presidential Election Results To Harare," Jonathan Moyo
Former Zimbabwean Minister of Information, Professor Jonathan Moyo has claimed that his book, Excelgate, has diagrams which show how the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission created a new route to transmit presidential election results to Harare.
Moyo claims that his book exposes how ZEC in connivance with the ruling ZANU PF manipulated 2018 elections. He posted on Twitter saying:
EXCELGATE has 18 diagrams. The first two are from @ZECzim‘s website, uploaded on 6 February 2019 by unsung #ZecHeroes. They show how #ZEC invented a route against the one prescribed by law, to transmit the results of the presidential election to Harare for illegal collation!
Then on 8 February 2019 the unsung #ZecHeroes got #ZEC commissioners to approve the #ZEC Report on the 2018 elections, compiled in terms of s241 of the Constitution. The report, tabled in Parliament on 27 June 2019, has the third #ZEC diagram which confirms the illegal route!
While @ZECzim denied in the ConCourt running the presidential election illegally, it’s Report done in terms of the law and tabled in Parliament confesses to a gross illegality, that exposes Mnangagwa’s “victory” as a result of an invalid election & fraud. No need for any V11!
