POLAD Demands All Terrain Vehicles And Sitting Allowances From ED, ED Agrees.

After meeting and feasting with the president at his farm last week, POLAD has requested sitting allowances and all-terrain vehicles to better serve its mandate Newsday reports.

This was revealed in a report that was prepared for the president requesting for funding to carry out their duties. The report reportedly read in part:

Its something that we need to quickly work around and say this is how POLAD is going to be funded and ensuring that those who attend POLAD can say that this is our project and with resources available can trace targets till 2022.

So this is a challenge you may need to engage your Excellence and find ways of dealing with the issue of  funding this big and national project.

The president responded by saying the government must support POLAD since it supports peace, harmony and development.

  1. My understanding of POLAD is that it is a team that is negotiating with the President. And it requires all-terrain vehicles? Sitting allowances? For attending meeetings for the good of the country? And all the while the doctors, civil servants and every other group that has voiced its grievances are being ignored.
