A Checkpoint Explosion In Somalia Leaves 90 People Dead

An explosion at the busiest checkpoint in Mogadishu in Somalia left 90 people dead and dozens more injured yesterday SABC News reports.

The explosion was caused by a booby-trapped car at the checkpoint. Students and babies were among the injured and 2 Turkish Engineers working on a road are among the dead.
