3 Years On, 3 League Tittles Later, Lizwe Sweswe Is Still Going To Be Replaced By FC Platinum

FC Platinum is reportedly looking for a substantive coach despite Lizwe Sweswe leading the team to win 3 consecutive league titles. Lizwe will reportedly revert to his position as assistant coach once a coach is found, Newsday reports.

FC Platinum‘s Chido Chizondo speaking to the publication said Lizwe’s assistant contract expires next year:

We are still participating in the Champions League and coach Sweswe has a running contract until 2020. If there are any changes, we will advise.

Highlander’s de Jongh and Dynamos’ Tonderai Ndiraya are rumoured to be the possible 2 coaches to replace Lizwe.

  1. They know better what is happening “behind the scenes” for their wins.
It maybe that its not entirely due to Sweswe’s brilliance as a coach.
Remember FC Platinum has deep pockets.
