VP Chiwenga Further Exposes Marry In His Child Custody Application

Vice President, Constantino Chiwenga has, in his High Court application, filed on December 3, to be granted sole custody of the couple’s three minor children, claimed that Marry is a drug addict who therefore cannot be given the right to be with the kids. He said:

The plaintiff (Chiwenga) prays that custody of the minor children be awarded to him, aside from the fact that the plaintiff is the father, guardian and natural custodian of the minor children.

The plaintiff avers that it is in the best interest of the minor children that he be awarded custody due to the reason that the defendant (Marry) is a drug addict.

He further claimed that she currently injects pethidine as a recreational drug, therefore, granting her custody is tantamount to risking the lives and welfare of his children.

On the other hand, Marry claims that Chiwenga’s chargees against her are “hilariously fabricated” to force her out of the marriage.

The former model is currently in remand prison until 30 December for externalising US$1 033 000, laundering US$990 000 and fraudulently seeking to upgrade her customary union to a civil marriage without her husband’s consent.
